About Griffe de Léman

Company description

“Griffe de Léman is a student-led charity based in Geneva, Switzerland. Its two founders are high school students who share a deep interest in animal welfare and its social impact. With backgrounds in veterinary science and business management, we strive to provide financial support to pet owners across Switzerland and are committed to making veterinary care more accessible to those in financial distress.

Funding will be raised through diversified sources of revenue, including individual memberships, school fundraisers, and donations, and will be directed toward covering treatment and food costs for selected families in need. As our organization grows, we aim to expand our services to include shelter support and educational outreach in schools and animal shelters, fostering a more compassionate and informed community regarding animal welfare.

These sessions provide opportunities to learn more about our mission and explore topics such as pet health and animal welfare. They also offer insights into how you can get involved and make a difference.

Our Goals

At Griffe de Leman, we aim to make voices for those we've helped and those who stand with us.

Whether it's a pet owner who received life-saving support, a volunteer who helps animals every day without fail, or a student inspired by our educational programs, our community is full of stories that remind us why they and their animals matter. Their words show the power of compassion, collaboration, and commitment to animal welfare, and this remains true to our original aspiration.
